Yes , i have heard this trick also but not able to explain and have no experience…

You can do one thing .
1.create ads for google adwords and place your site`s url as landing page url .
2. and if visitor buy or click on products at your site will redirect to your advertiser site.
This kind of trick you can use to increase traffic on your site..

You have to have a web site of your own before Google will accept you as an advertiser. Look at "Links." at the Google Learning Center http://www.google.com/adwords/learningcenter/
You cannot use the affiliate site that the Commission Junction’s member company supplies to you. It has to be your own.
